Each time he left healthcare, he felt the need to come back and is now here to stay. Stephen’s first job at the Hurley was managing reception as Patient Services Manager – this was a great position to understand what patients experience when they walk into the surgery and how we can improve their journey. Sheila oversees the management of three practices in Tower Hamlets and is responsible for procurement across the Group.
