Lucy Harvey

Lucy joined the Hurley Group in 2013 as a Service Development Manager where her experience in primary care and enthusiasm enabled her to support practices with target driven work, income generation, data collection and analysis, training, rota management and improving services.

In 2017 Lucy was promoted to Senior Service Development Manager, a role in which she is responsible for managing the following teams: eHub, Practitioner Health, Service Development Team and the Hurley Group’s Practices in South East London. Lucy enjoys the diverse nature of her role and is passionate about improving patient services, efficiencies within primary care and digital solutions.

Lucy’s recent projects have included the Hurley Group’s roll out of eConsult First, the development of centralised Planned Care, clinical system migration and implementation of the Practice Workbook, a tool for practices to declare contractual, CQC and governance compliance.

Outside work Lucy enjoys travelling, going to the gym and spending time with family and friends.
