Stephen Binks
Stephen has worked for the Hurley since November 1998, and on and off within the Health Service since 1985. Stephen’s first job at the Hurley was managing reception as Patient Services Manager - this was a great position to understand what patients experience when they walk into the surgery and how we can improve their journey.
He loves working in the NHS, the challenges that it brings and the daily demands – "we cannot change the past, but reflect, learn and improve the future!"
